At Drybie, we are committed to delivering high-quality dates while ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining strict hygiene standards.
Our return policy guidelines are as follows:
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
• Damaged products
• Defective products
• Wrong items received
Since dates are perishable food products, returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, spoiled, or expired at the time of delivery.
Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Return Process
To raise a return request, customers must provide clear photos or videos showing the issue with the product.
The Drybie support team will review the request based on the evidence provided.
If approved, the product will be eligible for a replacement, refund, or store credit, depending on the situation.
Replacement & Refunds
• If possible, the same product will be replaced (case-by-case basis).
• If replacement is not possible, store credit or a refund will be offered.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:
• Opened or consumed products
• Products without original packaging
• Orders that were delivered correctly but returned due to personal preference
• Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery
How to Raise a Return Request

• Clear photos/videos of the issue
• A brief description of the problem
