Information Needed to Cancel

To process your request as quickly as possible, please mention the following in your email:

• Registered phone number or email address
• Reason for cancellation

    Our customer support team will review your request, update you on the cancellation status, and once approved, the refund will be initiated.

    Refund Process

    Refund Approval: Once the cancellation is approved, the refund will be initiated as per the Drybie's refund policy.

    Refund Timeline: The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method within the timeline mentioned in our refund policy.

    Non-Eligible Cancellations

    Drybie reserves the right to cancel orders in the following situations:

    • Same-Day Delivery Requests: If same-day delivery is requested but we are unable to fulfil the shipment as per our delivery policy.
