Refund Process

Once a refund is processed from our end, the amount will be credited to your account within 3 to 15 bank working days, depending on the payment method and your bank’s processing time.

Refund Timeline

Refunds are initiated at the end of every business day (EOD – End of Day).

Once initiated, it generally takes 3 to 15 Indian bank working days for the refund to reflect in the original payment method.

Refunds for payments made via UPI, bank transfer, or card will be processed back to the same payment method.

Refund Options

Order Cancellation Refund
Orders can be cancelled before shipping. If the customer requests a cancellation within the allowed time, a full refund will be issued as per Drybie’s cancellation policy.

All refunds will be processed in accordance with our Return Policy.

Delivery Charges Refund
Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Payment Failure and Refund Process Policy
At Drybie, we aim to offer a smooth and uninterrupted online shopping experience. In case of a payment failure, the following process will apply:

Steps to Request a Refund for a Failed Payment

1. Reporting the Issue

To raise a request, customers must email our support team with the following details:

    • Full Name
    • Contact Number
    • Email ID
    • Transaction ID
    • Transaction Date & Time
    • Transaction Amount
    • Screenshot of the failed transaction

    2. Acknowledgement and Registration

    After receiving the required information, the issue will be acknowledged and registered in our system.

    3. Investigation

    Our team will verify the transaction details with the payment gateway and investigate the issue.

    4. Resolution Timeline

    Successful Transactions: If the payment is successful and credited to our account, the order will be processed immediately.
    Failed Transactions: If the transaction fails, the refund will be initiated and may take 5 to 15 RBI working days to reflect in the original payment method.
